Isak Back in Action

Former manager Jon Dahl Tomasson was sacked following Sweden's setback to the Kosovan team in mid-October, an outcome that made direct progression from their World Cup group out of reach

Present Standing

The Swedish team are currently last place in their qualifying group having just a single point in their opening four games

Should they don't manage to finish second, they could still take part in the qualification playoffs because thanks to their showing in the latest Nations League
